Everything they're doing in marketing and advertising today is wrong! But let me prove that to you right now.

Check your progress. Exactly like any trip, you need to check the map every now and then; to make sure you're still on the right street. If something isn't working, the sooner you figure it out and make the necessary adjustments, the sooner you'll be back on track. Strategic Business Plans should be well loved not a nice to have done and beautifully bounded on the shelf never to be looked at again.
